the apartment had a good size bed and also a kitchenette. there was a living area and two bathrooms. it had everything i would need. the staff made sure my connection was good for zoom meetings.
the spa facilities were closed for the length of my stay. this made proper relaxation impossible.

the hotel had a central location near many shops and restaurants. reception staff were helpful, providing everything i needed for my room. i appreciated the welcome drinks and chocolate with a note. the spacious room included coffee and tea making facilities. a fridge.
I found the lighting in the room appalling. The design seemed useless. it was difficult to relax properly in that room.

the location was acceptable and central to most places.
I found a few issues. the hot water mix in the bathroom was inconsistent, causing burns. the breakfast setup was not good. It was not a buffet. i feel the room decor was cold.

The location was central. It was a good base to explore the city from.
The luggage assistance was not available for the apartment that is in a building quite far. the woman at reception helped us carry them, oddly! the wi-fi password did not work. Nothing was done. the sofa bed was not comfortable, oddly not flat.

I was very pleased with the central location. It was so close to many attractions and shopping streets. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, which i really needed. i enjoyed having a coffee at the hotel bar. It was one of the best i've ever had, and the staff were very friendly.
the room access required a phone application! it took a little time to set up, and i prefer traditional key cards
